I finished putting together the rudder horn/rib assembly. Not too difficult, the only issue is lining up the very small angle clip at the same angle as the rest of the rib, and keeping it there while drilling. A wooden block inside the rib inside the angle of the clip did the trick.
Excuse the photo quality, I didn't have my camera handy and had to use my phone's inferior camera.
