Brief Description: HS Ribs and Clips

I finished the final copy of horizontal stabilizer ribT04-04, so now all the ribs for that assembly are done (pic 1). I also worked on two clips needed for the final stabilizer assembly. I cut them to size, but they still need to be angled and drilled (pic 2).
