I did the second horizontal stabilizer rib today, T04-03. It came out almost as good as the first one. I really think I'm getting the knack of building to the plans, and I'm able to work faster and more accurately.
There are two more ribs to make, one of which is really just a piece of channel cut to length. I should be finished with this phase of fabrication soon, and then I'll be ready to prep the HS skins.
