cut & shaped vertical stabilizer upper and lower spar channels. The upper was tricky due to the cut-outs and 90 degree bend required.
I used a wooden block cut to fit in the channel and my bench vise to do the bend, which worked out great. I purposely left a little extra (about 1/8") on the end, and then I just used the scotch-brite wheel and ground it down to the correct 3/4" height.
I still need to cut a 1" hole out of the center of the lower channel, but I have to get a fly cutter to do that, when I can get to the hardware store.
