Brief Description:  Rudder Skin & Rudder Drive Horn Prep

Made the angled rudder cut on the rudder (see image 1), using aviation snips. The leading/trailing edge dimensions came out correct, but the cut itself does not look quite straight (image 2). Waiting for word from Sonex if this part looks acceptable or is headed for the scrap heap.

Also did work on deburring the edge of the replacement rudder drive horn I received today. Used Scotch-Brite wheel, 150 grit sandpaper, marron and white Scotch-Brite pads. Also chamfered one edge 1/16" as per the plans. All edges pass the fingernail test. Plan to drill out pilot holes and possibly assemble rudder horn assembly next session.
