Brief Description: Replace #1 Right Former and Turtledeck Deburr
I had to replace the #1 right side former, as the original one came from the factory witha manufacturing stress crack (see pic 1). Sonex said I could file it out and it would not affect part strength, but they offered to replace it if I wanted and I took them up on it. The new part went right into place with no fuss.
I spent the rest of my time deburring formers and crossties.
