Brief Description: Turtledeck Channel Assembly and Forward Brackets
I had to position and add the former clips to the turtledeck spine channel. This took awhile because it's important they are positioned correctly so that they meet up properly with the formers later. They have specific angles that need to be met, and I took my time with this. I only drilled the end holes on each clip, so that if they need to be repositioned later there will be fewer extra holes. I'll drill out everything else when I take apart the turtledeck for deburring and cleanup.
I also went ahead and put the 30 degree bends in the 1/8" forward former attach brackets using the arbor press. This went quickly and without incident, so I'm getting better and doing those kinds of bends at least.
