Due to mistakes, I had to re-make & re-drill the aft shear web, lower angle mount, and the rear tail skid mount. The shear web was pretty easy to make using the original as a template, but flanging the hole was problematic. EAA to the rescue! I used one of the EAA videos to make a "Bob Stick," which worked well for flanging the 4" hole.
The tail skid needed to be redone because I neglected to get the vertical tail spar in place first, so alignment of the bolt holes could not be assured. rather than drill the spar and hope for the best (potentially ruining the vertical tail), I spent the $75 for a new tail skid. Now everything looks great.
