Cut and finished the last part on plans page F23, the aft bulkhead. It was an interesting part to make, as it has a long 1 1/2" wide slot running down the center about 5.5" long. Cut the holes with the fly cutter, then used the Dremel with metal cutting head to cut between the holes.
The Dremel was about maxed out cutting through the 0.032" metal, and actually bogged and stopped in a couple of places. I slowed down and all was well. I finished the slot with a vixen and a small finishing file, then with 150 grit sandpaper and a maroon scotch-brite pad.
