Continued work on F27 parts -- finished the vertical channel parts, though one or two may need to be re-made. Also cut two of the four phenolic blocks for the control cables (Wicks Aircraft Sonex hardware kit did not come with enough phenolic for all four blocks...ordered more today). Next up is drilling and cutting hole in the phenolic blocks.
See pic 2 below for reason I might need to re-make one of the channels. I cut the hold for the radiused cut on the wrong side of the line, making the notch too big. Not sure if this will affect the strength of the part, will ask Sonex.
