I test fit the fiberglass tips to the horizontal stabilizer, and trimmed them for size to clear the elevators per the plans. I took the time with the cutting and only cut about half of what I needed to remove at a time, "creeping up" on the correct fit. In the end I think they came out well. I'm now ready to re-attach the skins with the tips in place and drill the tip rib and fiberglass tips for riveting.
