UPS damaged front skin. Ship box destroyed by #500 gorilla. No problem, replacement was fast from ZAC.Inventory a week later, nose-rib and tip-rib angle piece missing. ZAC fired em' right out.Would have enjoyed Rudder school in MO, but didn't have time to drive back (having just moved from CA to AZ). Still unloading boxes.Full kit on-order from ZAC, with Feb. 2006 delivery date. No hurry on Rudder, taking time and buying tools, etc.Got the training DVD from WI, "MetalWorking 101"... and reading directions over several times.
