Brief Description:  Delivery of Kit

Kit shipped to Flagstaff Yellow Freight terminal.Neighbor had a longer trailer than I did so we used his and his truck to go to Yellow Freight. Crate was sitting on Loading dock when we got there...basically destroyed. They had ripped 3 of the 2X4 skids off the bottom ends, and crate had bent in the middle. This cause the side plywood to break loose on both sides, from one end to the other. Parts where literally hanging out the bottom as I walked up to the crate. After a deep breath my neighbor and I took a long accessment and decided we needed to take all the plywood off, level the crate, and re-screw the ply back on. He went to ACE to buy some more substantial screws (most of ZAC's were broken or bent). Luckily he had brought a couple cordless drills and other tools with him. (We intended to screw pieces of 2 X 4 down to trailer to keep crate from moving sideways). Of course, the manager at Yellow explained it wasn't their people... must of been Alburque or Kansas City. Right......Rebuild took about 3 hours... then they "gently" lowered the crate into the trailer, we secrured it, and got away. Had to swap manager a check for his signature on the billing of lading, with my notes on it...as to the damaged to crate.Backed the trailer into my shop and called it a day...time for some water.
