Brief Description:  Trim tab continued

After clamping the blocks in place with the carpet tape to hold them I used a 2 x 8 block of wood cut about a foot long to put the initial bend on the tab. This bend was probably 75 deg or so. I then used a flush rivet set like Vans says to do and with the pressure turned down low tapped it to a crisp 90 degree bend. Image 3 shows the final product. I'm going to cut this tab and try it one more time just to be sure I can get it before trying it on the third tab thats on the way from Vans at this time.
