This was a bit of a head scratcher. I used the -5 wide hinges to avoid seeing the individual eyelets through the seam. This created a situation where the hinge pin cover had to be custom made. I used a piece of .063 and created a design that I liked. The time to make a flange and get everything to fit properly would rule me out of working on an assembly line, HAHA! In the end I am very happy with the final product.
