After cleaning up the edges, counter sinking the fiberglass spacer and dimpling the wing portion it was time to rivet the hinges on. Wanting added strength I mixed up epoxy and smeared it between the hinge the spacer and the wing. I then riveted the hinges to the tip and wing. It came out great and will allow quick removal if necessary.
