Today I completed the tab. Lesson learned. Man this thing takes some definite sheet metal skils to get right. If I had to do over I would order two tab skins and practice bending the ends to get the idea of how to work with the wood blocks to get the correct angle. Also using a flush rivet set to complete the bend is a must. Setting the pressure low and adjusting the pressure up little by little to get the right amount to bend but not dent takes a little trial and error. This trim tab is like learning to land a tail dragger. Not hard, but it does take practice to get the final product perfect!
