Ok, the third trim tab arrived from Vans and it was finally time to get this done for good. After bending several trim tab practice pieces with consistant 90 deg. bends I felt confident in making the bends on my third trim tab. As before I was able to get a nice ninety degree bend on all four tab ends. I then riveted the trim tab horns, E-717 and E-718 in place with some pro seal smeared between the horns and clamped in place to dry. I feel this has been a great accomplishment and the tab so far has come out better than expected.
