Finished clecoing bottom skins, spars, ribs and trim motor housing together. Had to debur the edges of the trim tab motor housing pieces. The dremel with the 3M scotchbrite wheel i modified and attached to the mandrel worked well in the tight spaces. I attached the forward part of trim tab hinge to rear spar (underneath top flange of rear spar) with 1 cleco and cleco clamps then match drilled the #40 holes and clecoed as I went along. I drew a line along the hinge once i had it parallel to the flange so it would help me keep it aligned as I went along. Once that was done I marked the end and trimmed the excess with the band saw. Did the same thing for the aft hinge.
