Brief Description: More edging, deburring and foam cutting
Continued work on smoothing the edges of the left skins then moved to fabricating the foam block ribs. I made a 1:1 copy of the cutouts of the foam ribs, cut them out and glued them to the foam blocks. I used 3M Super 77 spray adhesive. My bench sander has very fine sandpaper and was taking a while to final shape so I cut really close to the lines with the bandsaw. It's really easy to control the cuts so it went smoothly, then very fine tuning with the bench sander.
