Cut and edge prepped the front spar caps. Match drilled and countersunk many holes as per the instructions. I clamped the spar to the table using a long 1x4 which secured the bottom flange to the table. This allowed a stable platform to match drill and countersink. I used Cleaveland's single flute countersink cutters. They work well as there is no chattering with these tools. I wish these were standard with the -14 tool kit but you have to know to substitute them for the ones they include in the kit.
