Laid out the aft deck pieces and clecoed in place. I noticed that I failed to dimple the flanges on the F01410A after installing it. I looked back in the manual to see how I missed it and it actually never mentions to dimple the F1410A flanges...only the F1410 flanges. I did that, reinstalled it and began to use the numatx squeezer to set as many rivets as I could. I should have riveted the F1409 bulkhead to the F1414 aft deck prior to riveting the deck to the F1418 longeron. It would've made it easier. As it was, I riveted F1414 to the longerons first and it made it tougher to get the squeezer on the rivets for the F1409 bulkhead. I also substituted a few rivets for one size larger in some places. The manual calls for 2 different sized rivets for the same amount of material thickness in a couple places. Also the 470AD4-4s that run along the edge seem short on the guage but actually turn out okay. There were 4 places that I couldn't reach with the squeezer so they'll have to be bucked when I get someone to help. I also prepped the top skin...broke the side and aft edges, scuffed, dimpled and primed the surfaces.
Numatx squeezer in action.
Aft deck riveting almost complete. 4 remaining which will requiring bucking
