The new blade for the bandsaw arrived so I was able to cut out the rudder stops. I marked the back side of the rudder stops with a sharpie then set them on the corner of a 2x4 to cut them. It worked well and the new blade went through the material very easily. The 4 holes in each need to be countersunk but the 2 inside holes are so close to the bend that the countersink cage doesn't allow the bit to line up with the holes. I took off the cage and did it free hand with the drill press. Go slow and it works well. I also riveted some of the aft most bulkheads together.
