Brief Description: Riveted left elevator rear spar
Riveted the left rear spar to the top skin. I used the 3x rivet gun and tungsten bucking bar for the far left side rivets then was able to use the squeezer for the rivets where the trim tab hinge attaches. One issue of note...I did notice the the inboard closeout tab wasn't dimpled and it should've been. The shear clip was attached on a previous step and that was dimpled but I went back in the manual to see where I missed the step for dimpling the close out tab but couldn't find it. At this point I had 2 options. Drill out the 2 AD4 rivets holding the shear clip to the rear spar to gain access to the closeout tab or use a manual squeezer and try to dimple the closeout tab along with the shear clip together. I did the latter and it worked fine. I then made sure to dimple the close out tab on the bottom skin before it gets installed.
