Riveted front spar to nose ribs, root ribs and center ribs. Had issues riveting 705 nose rib and 704 root rib to 702 front spar. The tight space required the use of a 5" offset cup set which caused multiple smiley faces on the rivet heads and rib. I called Van's tech support and they said it was okay and to build on. In hindsight, this is a 2 person job. When using the offset cup set, it's better to have one person operate the gun so they can use a second hand to keep the cup set from bouncing off the head. Trying to hold the bucking bar while operating the gun wasn't the best option.
Finished riveting front spar then clecoed VS skin to front spar assembly. Primed remaining HS pieces too.
