Set up a jig on the drill press to couintersink all of the traling edge holes...then I realized that Cleaveland makes a jig just for this but it wasn't included in the -14 kit. I promplty ordered one so now I have one for when I get to the other flight control surfaces.
Also, I used the single flute countersink that Cleaveland offers. I purchased a #30 and #40 after using the standard ones the kit comes with. The single flute CSs are much smoother and don't "chatter".
