Getting closer for the engine test I needed the exhaust to be welded which I left to a professional as there was no room for error. I measured the pipe length and angle used a dummy tube and laser and got first the tube welded in place and taking it back home, I measured the angle where the bend had to be cut and another extension welded on. Doing all in one go was too risky to get it wrong as the clearances are very close. I will also use a spring to hold the pipe up as it could bounce during the flight onto the engine mount.
