First removed and filled the already installed nut plates to get a nice area for a mould. Prepared the surface with PVA for separation and fibre glassed a mould for the middle section. Cleaned the mould and prepared it with wax and PVA. Next I removed the flap on the frame and cleaned the surface, sanded a bevel front and back to create more surface to bond.
