Last weekend we nearly died in the heat, now we get fluted in the storm of ex cyclone Oswald, (extreme Australia!)
Cut the fibre glass sheet for the base of the shield to put later the expend foam on it. Glued the sheet with techno glue onto the alu supports and covered both sides with expender foam, shaped it and covered all the holes and repeated this process till I had an even surface to carry the fibreglass.
