After countless fitting trails and measurements to try to find the best medium fit for the wing tip, I got the right profile to achieve the nearly impossible task. So far this was the most difficult part to get right. It was important to have the right shape of the rib which needed to be installed to line up with the wing profile. Not to big and not to small, I first used a templet rib for trimming.
