Finishing the access cover of the right wing, made a drill template out of paper, simply by folding it up, Drilled the holes and installed the nut plates. Before I used the supplied fibre glass sheet and glued it as enforcement onto the inside of the flange, as the existing was too thin not even 1mm, nut plates will come loose over time. Setting the cover with epoxy glue into the flange will provide an exact perimeter for the cover, as the original flange is not a perfect symmetrical oval (sorry it has not only to fly well; it has also to look good!)
