Bend from 6061 flat aluminium mounting brackets for the canopy hinge. This required first to lay out the holes for the screws for the hinge and the canopy frame. I made first a drill jig for the aluminium flats, drilled all four pieces and then made some trail bents to get the right angle for each bracket side. At the end I made 4 brackets and 9 test pieces. Took time but was worth it.
