Found conflicting results after first install of the stab. The line-up was not that good. By measuring the stab I found following; holes in the spar had an offset and needed to corrected, the position of the holes in the spar indicated that one stab leading edge is horizontal, which was wrong. I recalculated the hole location and found the correct position for the holes in the spar so that the trailing edge is on one line. This required elongating the outer hole on the spar by 4mm down. The manual says the HS mounting bracket had to be in the centre of the root, which was not the case because the left spare is not in the centre of the stab! Beside the left stab was 3mm thicker than the right one! Some tolerances, but not a big problem, only the mounting bracket had to be moved down by 2mm on both sites and the outer hole on the left spar elongated to fit. Needs later more rework for repairing the elongation of the hole, will insert an alum disk to cover the hole and redrill in the right position.
