Today I cut the holes for the main legs into the fuse, first I started drilling a 10mm hole then widen it out with a step drill and at the end I used the sanding bit to get an exact 3mm oversized hole for both site's. This should be enough for flexing without touching the fuse skin. In between I did some more sanding and filling on the wing tip.
