I used the following Foam 36-130 700 X 1000 X 50 MM for the back 40-230 1000 X 1000 X 50 MM for the seat 40-230 1800 X 1000 X 15 MM for the seat dimond effect cutting 600 dimonds and side panel underlay. For the side panel I used 3 plywood, strong enough and not too heavy.
