As the inlet of the air duct was not matching the cowl inlet, some modification were nessesary. I cut a portion of the duct and made a plug out of foam to match the cowl, which was glued in place to get later some fibre glass around it. A little bit of micro filler and more epoxy and all looked quit good afterwards. Most important no air leaks for the cooling!
