Brief Description: Flap actuator work

Tonight, I installed the flap actuator weldment and torqued the AN3 bolts to 25 in-lbs and marked with orange torque seal. Finally, I located the stock for F-766C plate, AB6-125x1 and F-766A flap actuator channel.
