Brief Description: Applied 3M Firebarrier 2000+ to firewall.
Tonight, I finished inserting and taping rivets for the right forward side skin. Next, I cleaned the firewall flanges and mating areas of the forward side and bottom skins with acetone. I then applied a bead of the 3M Firebarrier 2000+ and put a cleco in every hole. It turned out well and will be a good protective measure to keep carbon monoxide and fumes in the event of an engine fire from entering the cockpit.
