Today I ordered springs, split collars, and plastic bushings from McMaster-Carr. These were a recommended modification for returning the brake pedals fully when not depressed. Dragging brakes with the Matco master cylinders has been a fairly common problem according to VAF.net.
I also plan to use AN3-56 bolts to mount the pedals instead of two shorter bolts on each end.
Tonight I finished assembling all the brake pedal components. I then located the UHMW support mounting blocks for the rudder pedals.
