Brief Description: Fluted F-715 end seat ribs, fabbed attach straps.
Today I fit the forward and aft seat floors so I could flute the F-715 end seat ribs to match their curvature as it meets the top flange. This wasn't called out in the plans, but doing this allowed me to mark the hole locations on the ribs flanges so I could avoid them while fluting. I also placed the left side control stick in place just to see how it looks. Diane actually commented that it is starting to kind of sorta starting to look like an airplane.
Next, I fabbed the F-623A forward and aft attach straps, deburred and fit them. I clamped the left side F-623 corner rib in place with the attach straps and match drilled them to the bottom skin. I still need to match drill the right side corner rib and straps.
Over 90 degrees today and we are heading to a graduation/promotion party so cutting the work session short.
