Completed F-705 bulkhead assembly. Drilled to #10 and fitted F-661EF flap actuator bearing blocks. After fitting, I removed them and stored as they will interfere with later skin riveting. Next, I installed and torqued AN3 nuts to 25 in-lb for the seat belt anchors. Lastly, I located and clecoed parts for the F-706 bulkhead.
