Brief Description: Finished building the work table.
Tonight Colten and I worked on the work table and I finished it up after he went to bed. I doubled up 2x4's for the legs and used 2x6's for the cross leg supports. The table was finished off with 3/4 MDF particle board on top of the 3/4" plywood. Many other builders recommend the MDF as it is very smooth and lends itself well to drilling in to and using clecoes to attach parts directly to it, sort of like a built in jig or fixture.
I am happy with how the table turned out and it is very sturdy and pretty heavy. It will be nice to have a good area to work on and I plan to take an invertory of the tail kit as soon as possible.
