Brief Description: Riveted Ribs E-703 and 704 together.
This morning I only worked for about 30 minutes on the project. The boys and I decorated the kitchen and wrapped some gifts for Dianes birthday which is today.
I riveted the two ribs E-703 and 704 togther using 4-4 rivets. I couldn't find a rivet call out on plans or manual so I used the rivet gauge to select the right ones. I used the longeron yoke because the standard yoke for the squeezer wouldn't reach around the flanges of the ribs.
I ordered a low profile, no hole 4" yoke from Avery last week and it should arrive in time for riveting the skin on to the ribs. Otherwise I would have to use blind rivets and I want to minimize them.
