Brief Description: Dimpled and countersunk R elevator holes
Today I dimpled the holes in E-713 skin for the screw heads that will secure the counterweight. I also machine countersunk the holes in the lead counterweight. Next I machine countersunk the E-709 attach holes so the elevator horn can mount flush. I also beveled the E-713 skin where it will overlap the spar and rib flanges.
I spent 1.5 hours in the afternoon deburring the holes and edges.
