Brief Description: Bent trailing edges of elevator skins.
This morning I went over to Gerry's hanger and he helped me bend the trailing edges of the elevator skins. We put 1/4" round stock in the trailing edge and then used a board and clamps to make the bend on his table. It worked great and turned out real nice as cousin Eddy would say.
Gerry thought the skins and stiffener rivets looked good and said I was doing well. That was a good shot of confidence coming from an A/P with his amount of experience with building and restoring airplanes.
