The whole thing fit together perfectly somehow and the mounting is extremely solid and rigid. I added a matching shroud over the O2D2 similar in size and mounting to the one that covers the rear throttle quadrant on the left side. I'm pretty pleased with the totally custom installation and perfect integration with the existing fuselage bulkhead. The front and rear headphone jacks are right in the same area, so plugging into the oxygen distribution should be very convenient.

Next I have to wire remote power to the O2D2 unit and also run a supply oxygen line from the front baggage area where the tank will be mounted.

The inserts are from McMasterCarr. I believe I used the 2-56x.188" units which is part number:

I have a pack of 4-40/.219" as well which is part number:

But I notice that they are not opened, so I must have used the 2-56 ones.
