I've been slacking in the shop but after a few work trips and vacations I'm back at it. I built the flange straightening tool that I found at https://www.rv7-factory.com/?p=1096. It's way easier to bend the flanges of the ribs to 90* than using the hand tool. Plus, I got to use my wood lathe to turn the handle! I spent a lot of time with my 3M wheel, die grinder, hand tools, and sandpaper to smooth all the machined edges of the horizontal stabilizer ribs and bend them to be perfectly straight. Now I can get back to the fun part of the build and actually put some pieces together!
