The build begins! I first had to round the ends of the rear spar doublers and make sure they lay flat in the rear spar. Then I polished them to a satin finish and clecoed them to the spar and match drilled all holes. After that, I match drilled and clecoed the hinge attach brackets. My hands got really grey from all the aluminum dust today!
