Lots of manual reading and another phone call to Peter T - and more progress has been made. After checking all the inputs required for the Dynon EMS, and checking all the sensor leads coming through the firewall - I made a list of mismatches, called Peter and got them all sorted.
I have grouped the sensors wires coming to the pilot's side (need a 4 pin connector) and the wires coming to the copilot's side (need a 6 pin connector). I also checked the fuel level sender units and confirmed they will need 3 leads each - so I ran a set of 3 leads to each wing attachment point.
