I sourced some new Loctite fuel system sealer (had to order it in from Repco). Removed the fire sleeve and fuel connectors to the flow meter and cleaned out all the threads to remove the Swalk sealer. Resealed the joints with the Loctite and reassembled everything. Left it to cure till my next visit.
Removed the panel once again and checked the Eflap connections - all look fine. Will have to do a power-up resistance test to find the flap actuation fault.
